General James Longstreet's Witness Tree

Our Longstreet Witness Tree products are made from the wood of a mighty oak tree that stood watch over General James Longstreet and his men as they formed for the assaults on the Peach Orchard, the Wheatfield and the Round Tops on July 2, 1863.

Soldiers from Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, NewYork, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas and Mississippi fought over those grounds that day.
