Bloody Wheatfield Witness Tree Products

Bloody Wheatfield

Our Bloody Wheatfield products are made from the wood of a Battle of Gettysburg Witness Tree. The tree, a mighty oak tree that stood watch over the soldiers who fought for eight acres of ground now known as The Bloody Wheatfield bordering Rose Woods and Stoney Hill at the south end of the
Gettysburg Battlefield.

Soldiers from Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina and Virginia fought over this ground on July 2, 1863.
