While many of our items are marked 'In Stock', our inventory levels are very low. This means we do not use our precious wood for unwanted products. There are times we must produce product for orders. Every effort is made to ship orders within five business days. In the event more time is required, we will contact you via phone or email to secure your approval. If the revised ship date is not acceptable, we will refund the purchase price at your request.
Shipping Policy
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with the products you receive, simply contact us at info@gettysburgsentinels.com with the reasons for your request. Upon our receipt of the returned product, we will issue either an exchange or a refund. In the case of returns, Gettysburg Sentinels will provide a UPS ground shipping label for your convenience.
Refunds and exchanges will only be provided within 90 days the original order's ship date.
