Spangler's Spring Walnut Witness Tree Executive Pen
$95.00Price
This pen is made from the wood of a mighty walnut tree near Spangler's Spring at the southern end of Culp's Hill where on July 2, 1863 union and confederate troops fought for 10 hours during the Battle of Spangler Spring. Troops from Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia not only fought over ground, but also took water from Spanger's Spring.
The wood used to create this pen is gauranteed to be from the Walnut Witness Tree that once stood on the Gettysburg Battlefield near Spangler's Spring. The tree was legally harvested, portions of which, were secured by Gettysburg Sentienels.
All of our products include documentation related to the tree.
