Spangler's Spring Witness Tree Gift Set

This gift set includes the Spangler's Spring Shadowbox, Deluxe Pen and Deluxe Letter Opener all contained in a finely made wooden gift box.  The witness wood is from of a mighty walnut tree near Spangler's Spring at the southern end of Culp's Hill where on July 2, 1863 union and confederate troops fought for 10 hours during the Battle of Spangler's Spring.  Troops from Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia not only fought over ground, but also took water from Spangler's Spring. The 8" x 8" shadowbox also includes a 2011 Commemorative Gettysburg Quarter and an authentic Union bullet.
